IT System Administrator

We’re excited to add an IT System Administrator to our internal IT Team supporting offices in eight U.S. locations. This is an opportunity to grow quickly and advance your IT skillset. This position will join our IT modernization initiatives and provide you the opportunity to have an immediate and large impact on our IT services and systems in a friendly environment. Significant ability to advance based on your willingness to learn and train users in existing and new technologies.

What You’ll Do

  • System support of employee applications, laptops, virtual machines, and all devices 
  • Operational support (troubleshooting employee connectivity issues, M365, Teams, CRM, SharePoint, Power BI Reports, PSA, OneDrive, etc.) 
  • Support of tracking end-user laptops, security, access control, provisioning, licensing, and inventory 
  • Documentation of processes, procedures, polices, and configuration 
  • Assists in the procurement of all IT hardware and software 
  • Supports onboarding of new employees, laptop deployment, and user provisioning  
  • Active directory administration  
  • Security Administration: MDM, auditing, log review  
  • Use security tools to analyze security incidents, providing root cause and remediation steps
  • Provide support to internal projects providing input on vendor, security, integration, and support implications 
  • Support in-office conference room systems  
  • Moderate-to-advanced understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments
  • Understanding of Microsoft products, including Office365 (operational and administrative)
  • Any technical certifications such as A+, Network, Security, Microsoft certifications, MTA or MCSA
  • Exposure to networking tools and topologies
  • Onsite Full-Time: Currently, this role is a full-time onsite position, however, some flexibility is possible based on metrics and performance

What Will Set You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in acquisition migrations
