Hayley Stogner, CVA is a Manager in the Compensation Division at VMG Health and is based in the Dallas office. She specializes in valuing a variety of agreements including clinical services, medical director and physician executive services, on-call coverage services, and professional service arrangements.

Mrs. Stogner received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and a minor in Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Science in Finance from Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Kyle Spears is a manager with VMG Health in the Compensation Division and is based in the Dallas, Texas office.

He specializes in providing valuation and consulting services for professional services agreements within the healthcare industry. More specifically he provides professional services agreements related to the valuation of pay-for-performance arrangements, such as co-management, cost savings initiatives, and other value-based care initiatives.

He also specializes in the valuation of a variety of services arrangements, such as administrative and non-clinical management functions, billing and collections, and development/pre-operations services. Specifically, Spears’ range of experience encompasses contractual relationships between a number of different types of entities, which include physician organizations, health systems, third party owner/operators, management service organizations, and joint ventures. He covers a variety of subindustries within the healthcare industry including hospitals (acute care and surgical/specialty), physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care clinics, imaging centers, and pharmacies.

Spears graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Economics.

Alex Wiederin is a manager in the Professional Services Agreements division at VMG Health and is based in the Dallas office. He specializes in providing valuation and consulting services for professional service arrangements within the healthcare services industry, including valuations related to medical transport services, management services, and co-management.

Wiederin graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Human Physiology and continued his education at Texas Christian University where he obtained Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in both Accounting and Finance from the Neeley School of Business. He is designated as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

 

Samuel Doucet is a Manager in the Compensation Division at VMG Health and is based in the Nashville office. His focus is on providing valuation and consulting services for compensation arrangements within the healthcare services industry. He has particular expertise in valuations related to clinical services, on-call coverage, medical director and physician executive services, hospital-based coverage arrangements, and large professional service arrangement acquisitions.

Mr. Doucet graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Else School of Management at Millsaps College.

Thomas Torcellini is a director in the Professional Services Agreements division at VMG Health and is based in the Dallas office. He specializes in providing valuation and consulting services for professional service arrangements within the healthcare services industry, including valuations related to clinical compensation models, on-call coverage, physician administrative services, subsidy coverage, and management services.

Prior to joining VMG Health, Thomas served in the financial services industry for several years working in the Corporate and Investment Bank at JP Morgan Chase & Co.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and a Master of Science in Finance degree, both from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. In addition to his academic degrees, Thomas is designated as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
