Joel Gomez, ASA

Director

Joel Gomez is a Director in the Capital Asset Services division and is based out of the Nashville office. Gomez has experience providing tangible asset valuation services and consulting for a variety of healthcare clients and law firms. Healthcare clients he has served include valuation engagements for hospitals, physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and imaging centers. Additionally, he has experience providing asset valuations related to equipment lease and timeshare arrangements.

Prior to joining VMG Health, Gomez worked for the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas, and he also graduated from UNT in 2008. Gomez has his Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers.

Patricia Li is a Senior Manager in VMG Health’s Coding, Compliance and Operational Excellence division. Prior to joining VMG Health, Li served as a multi-specialty practice manager and senior administrator in Connecticut and New York. In Li’s 12+ years of experience in healthcare administration and practice management, she has urgently transformed operational workflows, led provider credentialing processes, managed practice expansions, and overseen Electronic Medical Record implementation initiatives.

Many of Li’s clients rely on her human resources management and support, business and financial performance improvement strategies, federal and state compliance management, and provider trainings.
